Internal Role
Transition Support Educator Focused on arrivals, departures, emotional regulation, room changes, and high-transition times. Classroom Enrichment Support Prepares materials, maintains learning spaces, supports activities, and keeps classrooms organized and engaging. Before & After School Program Educator Supervises early arrivals and late stays, leads structured activities, supports homework/quiet time, and manages transitions safely and calmly. Family Support Associate Handles calls, tours, intake support, daily family communication, and lobby operations. Incident Commander / Emergency Lead Emergency preparedness, drills, parent communication, and compliance leadership. Food and Environment Lead Prepares meals, supports food education, child participation, kitchen safety, and wellness routines. Playground Supervisor Ensures outdoor programming runs safely and smoothly by maintaining active supervision, completing daily playground safety checks, assigning staff zones, and monitoring visibility and hazards. Transitional Educator Supports children through arrivals, departures, room changes, and daily routines using calm guidance, structured transition strategies, and proactive planning. Social Media Coordinator Captures and posts professional, privacy-compliant content that reflects Bright Steps Academy’s culture by photographing activities and highlighting learning moments and milestones.
